What a perfect topic for a unit study for the
whole family. We'll all be learning while we gather and organize. I have
learned so much while writing this book -- did you know that Thomas Jefferson
and Mark Twain were avid scrapbookers? Did you know that girls would include
hair weavings in their scrapbooks of the 1800s? I was amazed to find out that
Mark Twain probably made more money from a scrapbooking invention than he did
from royalties on his books! It is a fun project study, and I can't wait to
share it!
